2. Entry fees are non-refundable unless a doctor's restriction or veterinarian's certificate is provided.
3. Post registration is accepted for an additional fee.
4. Lesson horses can be used for an additional fee.
5. Release of liability must be signed by all riders.
6. Proof of negative coggins is required.
7. Health certificate is required for all out of state horses.
8. Signature of parent or guardian is required for all riders under the age of 17.
9. General USEF rules apply.
10. All riders of all ages at the event must wear an ASTM approved helmet.
11. All classes will be ridden in numerical order unless otherwise posted.
12. Warm-up classes are not judged.
13. Ribbons will be given for 1st through 6th place.
14. Division Championships and Reserves will be awarded.
15. Riders must compete in all division classes in order to qualify for Championship.
16. Riders assume responsibility to be ready for each of their own classes. When the gate closes the class is closed.
17. Decision of judge is final.
18. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
19. Please clean up after your horse.
20. Do not litter the show grounds.
21. All small children must be supervised at all times.
22. Dogs allowed on leash only.
23. Cellphones must be silent while at show grounds.
24. Do not tie your horse to any fences on the show grounds.
25. Please keep horses off of lawns and picnic areas.
26. Trailer and car parking is limited.
27. Park only in designated areas.
28. Drinking water for horses is available.
29. Drinking water is suitable for human consumption.
30. JR Riders are all riders 18 years of age or younger as of Jan 1, 2009
31. Championship awards will be given for high point JR and SR rider
